HANSA MULTISIG "invalid public key"

Hi all,

I’m trying to set up multisig on Hansa. For this you have to enter a public key for a bitcoin address – I use Electrum. But every time I enter one of my public keys, Hansa gives the error message “please enter a valid public key”

I don’t know why this is happening as I am following Hansa’s instructions exactly. Do I perhaps need to set up a NEW address in Electrum specifically for multisig purposes? Or is it that Electrum is incompatible with Hansa? Or something else?

Any info would be appreciated!

I had the same problem a while ago, go there support page and follow the instructions when you scroll down a bit. I used Electrum and it worked perfectly fine so dont worry.
