Hiya guys, new to posting questions but this question has been bugging me for a while now. (UK)
A couple of months ago a friend ordered an ounce of cannabis (from Canada) that after a month did not arrive in which he assumed it had been seized by customs, the dark web vendor said he would re-ship the package in which nothing arrived after a month again. My friend thought that the first package was probably seized and the second package probably just not sent out. It has been 3 months since then and he has not received any letters from customs saying that a package has been seized nor any letter from anyone regarding a seized package.
Does this mean that the package was either lost, found by customs but no letter sent out or possibly even selectively scammed by the vendor? Because my friend doesn’t want to send large packages to his address as he is paranoid that his address has been flagged
